Tara Brewer is the Founder of Mindset Meets Management and the creator of the Sustainable Strength Model, a leadership framework built from more than three decades of real-world experience leading under pressure.
With 32 years in operational leadership, Tara has worked across sales, purchasing, quality, warehouse functions, corporate training and cross-functional organizational initiatives giving her a systems-level understanding of how organizations truly operate. Her perspective was not developed in theory. It was forged in execution, accountability, and cross-functional responsibility.
Throughout her career, Tara observed a consistent pattern. When performance declines, leaders often focus on numbers. But in her experience, numbers rarely fail first. Alignment fails first. And alignment drifts when leaders lose sight of the bigger picture and the fallout of their decisions across the system.
That insight became the foundation of Mindset Meets Management.
Tara believes sustainable strength is built through three essential disciplines:
